Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were large, modern, and comfortable, just what we were looking for. The service was exceptional, with compassionate staff who even helped plan a special surprise dinner for my fiancé. The location was perfect, simple to reach Hoi An town and the beach. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of Asian and Western dishes. However, the rooms might need refurbishment in the future.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff catering to all our needs. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to the Old Town. The dining experience was good, although there were minor issues with cleanliness after events. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities to enjoy.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and very comfortable, overlooking a peaceful neighborhood with lovely pools and grounds. The service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Hoi An. However, the dining experience could have been slightly better. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice 'zen' pebble feature around the edges, situated at the corner of their trendy new wing. Though the bath/shower water pressure was lacking, the rooms overall were beautifully appointed. The service was excellent and very friendly, especially from staff members like Thu, Lien, Thuy, Anh, Paco, Nha, and Emily, who were extremely helpful in making tour recommendations. The location was convenient, striking a balance between distance from town noise and walking accessibility, despite being a bit far from the old town. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a mix of western and Vietnamese dishes, though improvements were suggested in breakfast cleanliness and poolside drink service. The facilities included balconies and were pleasant to walk around. Two notable positives were the spacious and clean rooms, along with the great location, while areas for enhancement included breakfast cleanliness and staff attentiveness poolside.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms that are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a wonderful stay. The service from the staff is top-notch, providing warm and attentive assistance. While the location may be a bit far from certain attractions, the free shuttle service compensates for it. The dining experience is satisfactory with a good selection, and the facilities are well-maintained for guest enjoyment.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, overlooking a quiet neighborhood to the lovely pools and grounds amongst beautiful tropical gardens. Being right across the pool and breakfast area made everything very convenient for us. However, the location being just out of walking distance from Hoi An Ancient town can make getting taxis a bit challenging.
The hotel is situated in a bustling area of Hoi An, close to the beach and the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfy bed, but lack some homely touches like bedside tables. The service is friendly and helpful, though some staff might benefit from additional training. The location offers easy access to attractions like the Japanese bridge and the market, but it can be noisy due to its proximity to a busy road. The dining options are mainly Asian cuisine and could be improved with a wider variety. The hotel facilities are adequate but nothing extraordinary.
Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfortable, nestled among lush tropical gardens, creating a serene atmosphere. Although the thin doors made it easy to hear noisy neighbors, the enormous double bed and additional single bed for our party member ensured a cozy stay. The location was perfect, close to the enchanting old town of Hoi An and offering a convenient shuttle service. The service was outstanding, with attentive and hospitable staff like Paco and Eric ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience. The dining options were varied, with a good mix of Asian and Western cuisine, and the buffet style was satisfying. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not included in the price, which was a minor inconvenience.
